Terrible support. Still waiting for answers.

Working with Hell Partners since early 2024 and genuinely impressed. My affiliate manager Nika responds within hours, not days. The NetRefer dashboard is clean and accurate – I can track everything in real-time. Hellspin converts well for my casino review site (about 38% reg2dep). Monthly payments arrive like clockwork on the 18th-20th. Only minor gripe: the 20% admin fee cuts into margins, but the no negative carryover policy more than makes up for it. Solid program overall!

Disappointed with the branded traffic policy. I run PPC campaigns and they flagged my account for using "Hellspin" keywords – now stuck at minimum 25% revshare when I was earning 40% before. Plus that 20% admin fee really adds up when you calculate actual NGR. Support was polite but unhelpful. The brands themselves convert fine, but these restrictions feel outdated. Considering switching to programs with clearer traffic policies and lower fees.

Conversion sits around 32% for me, slightly lower than Hellspin's 35%. The welcome bonus is generous which helps with initial deposits. €100 minimum is brutal when you're just starting. Took me 3 months to hit first payout while watching my €87 balance sit there. For comparison, other programs pay at €50 or even €25. I get that Hell Partners targets bigger affiliates, but this barrier sucks for smaller publishers testing the waters. Brands are fine, support is decent, but if you're not driving serious volume immediately, you'll be frustrated waiting for that first payment. Consider programs with lower thresholds.
